1. Open your browser (Chrome in this example), and open your SharePoint site.

2. Now press “F12” on the keyboard. A debug window will open. 

3. Under the “Console” tab, the site logs will be printed.

4. Click the setting icon on the console tab

5. Ensure that “Preserve Log” is selected.

6. Now perform the action that you want to troubleshoot.

7. Once done, right click on any of the messages in the Console, and click on “Save as...”

8. Select a location on your computer, provide an updated name if required, and click “Save”.

9. You can now provide this log to the support team for troubleshooting.
