Follow these steps to manually install the SigningHub for SharePoint Proxy:

1. Copy the contents of release folder "SPProxy_v7.9.3.1" to server HDD. (exp: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\SH4SP_Proxy)

2. Open "Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager"

3. Right-click "Sites" and select "Add Website..."

4. Provide "Site name" (exp: SH4SP_Proxy)

5. Provide "Physical path" (exp: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\SH4SP_Proxy)

6. Specify the "Binding" according to needs (https recommended)

7. Click "OK"
