SigningHub is a high trust digital signing solution for all your paperless business transactions. It is ideal for those organisations that recognise the value of using cryptographic digital signatures to protect their users and their documents against unauthorised or accidental or fraudulent changes.

The SigningHub for Outlook 365 add-in enables users to securely send, sign, verify and track their email attachments (documents) directly from Microsoft Outlook 365. It is used to integrate the Microsoft Outlook and SigningHub platforms, to cater digital signing services to the Outlook users.

For this you need to have a SigningHub account (Individual or Enterprise) and Outlook 365 account. The add-in installs within the Microsoft Outlook 365 account and allows the account owners to access it either through internet browsers, Outlook 365 Desktop, Outlook 2016 Desktop, or through Outlook native mobile apps for sharing their email attachments with others. The digital signatures are applied on the attachments, and all the workflow related complexities are managed inside SigningHub.
