The Received Messages sub-module will list all the received messages from the foreign SPOCs. Here, the operator can create a new message and send it to one or more foreign SPOC or respond to a received message. 

To view the list of received messages, navigate to the following screen:

The configuration items are as follows: 

Items

Description

From

It shows the country from where the message has been received.

Message ID

It is a unique identifier received from a foreign SPOC in a message. 

Received At

It shows the date and time when message was received. 

Subject

It shows the subject of message that defines the content of message.

Message

It shows the main text of the message. Clicking on the 'View' in the message column will open a new window that will show the body of the message.

Compose

By clicking on this button, a new screen will be opened where a new message will be created.

Reply

By clicking on this button, a new screen will be opened where the response of a received message can be composed. 

Delete

By clicking on this button, the selected received message will be removed.


A new message can be created and sent to Foreign SPOCs by clicking on 'Compose' button. Clicking on the button will display the following screen:

Here the operator can define the subject and body of the message as well as select the required SPOC from the list of available Foreign SPOCs.

Clicking on the 'Reply' button on the Received Messages main page will display the following screen: 



NOTE: 

  1. Maximum of 1000 characters can be provided in the message field while composing a new message or generating a reply.
  2. The message could be composed only in 'English' language.


Clicking on the 'View' in the message column will open a new window that will show the body of the message. See the below screen:

 

Clicking on the 'Search' button on the Received Messages main page will display the following screen: 

 

A particular Received Message can be searched based on Message ID and SPOC Country. If a search is based on multiple values, then these will be combined together using the “AND” operand, and thus only records that meet all the criteria will be presented.

If "_" character is used in the search then it will act as wildcard.
