Declined Requests tab will list down all the requests declined by the operator either received from Domestic DVs or Foreign SPOCs.  

To view the list of declined requests, navigate to the following screen:

The configuration items are as follows: 

Items

Description

Message ID

It is a unique identifier of the request sent by the client. 

Request Type

It defines the purpose of the request. It includes:

  • Create Certificate
  • Rekey Certificate
  • Create Foreign Certificate
  • Rekey Foreign Certificate
  • Get CA Certificates

Client ID

It shows the Client ID that made the request. This is registered inside Client Manager module..

SPOC Profile

It displays the SPOC profile.

Declined At

It displays the date/time at which the request was declined.

Declined By

It displays the operator who is responsible of declining the request.

Source

It displays the source from where the request has been received i.e. Domestic DVs and Foreign SPOCs.

Reason

It displays the reason defined by the operator while declining the request.

View Request

By clicking on this button, the contents of the selected declined request can be viewed.

Delete

By clicking on this button, the selected decline request will be removed.

The contents of a selected declined request can be viewed by clicking on 'View Request' button. Clicking on the button will display the following screen:

Clicking on the 'Search' button on the Declined Requests main page will display the following screen: 



A particular Declined Request can be searched based on Message ID, SPOC Profile, Client ID, Operation, Request Type, Source, Declined By, Declined At From and Declined At To. If a search is based on multiple values, then these will be combined together using the “AND” operand, and thus only records that meet all the criteria will be presented.

If "_" character is used in the search then it will act as wildcard.
