Upgrading your service plan

When your requirements exceed your current service plan, SigningHub allows the account owners to upgrade their service plan. You may even request for a custom service plan that could best suit your requirements.

To upgrade your current service plan,
  1. In case of an Enterprise account, login with the enterprise admin credentials.
  2. Click the "Billing" option from the top menu.



  3. Click the "Upgrade" tab.
    It will redirect you to the pricing page displaying the list of available service plans (along with their respective details) to upgrade, as shown below.



  4. Select your choice currency (i.e. GBP, USD, or EUR) in which you want to make the upgrade payment.
  5. Now choose a service plan that best suit your requirements and click the "Buy Now" option against it.



  6. Select a payment method (i.e. Annually or Monthly).
  7. Specify the number of users you need for this service plan
  8. Click the "Checkout" button to proceed to the checkout screen.


​1. ​The "Billing" option is available to the account owners only.
2. Currently, SigningHub supports the "WorldPay" payment mode for billing. However, other payment modes will be gradually integrated in the upcoming releases.
